Welcome

About Ricardo González

Since I can remember, I have been always involved to gastronomy, something that begun with my parents and grandparents. On 1992, I accepted a position as a butler in the Embassy of Chile in Japan. There, I learned among several things, languages, cultures, foods, different tastes, how to treat people, and in general how to make guest be welcomed. My job as a butler was very demanding, but I have always counted with the help of many people who gave me their supported.

In 1998, I’ve decided to finish my career as a butler in order to advance in my life plan. To do so, it was necessary to deepen all my knowledge and to take on the difficult task to find what path should my new enterprise be focused. My business begun as a waiter staff provider, which then grew to catering services and equipment rental.

Behind every successful Enterprise, there is entrepreneurship, but also sacrifice, errors and success, but most of all, there is a will to always keep learning, even from our mistakes.

Gradually as we gained experience in our business, we begun to notice that our clients, specially our newest European and Asian clients, valued those the fusion of tastes and food preparations, that make our proposal very attractive.

We are very fortunate to be able to prepare and challenge new types of foods, pushing ourselves to create our own fusion preparations, presentations and decorations… as the Mexican comedian Mario Moreno Cantinflas[1] once said “There lays the difference”.

But the most important thing for me is, the unforgettable moment that we can offer to our clients.
